Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Shoppix. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best service possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Faulty Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we’re so sorry! We will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased.

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at info@shoppix.com right away. Once the Damage is approved we will replace or refund or give you a compensation of the value of damaged goods only. 

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Handling Refund Requests for Dispatched Orders

Once an order is dispatched and with our delivery partners, it is considered fulfilled from our end. We cannot process refunds for items in transit.

If you have concerns about delivery, please contact us. We are committed to resolving issues fairly. If goods are returned to us due to delivery failure, we will refund the product cost, excluding shipping charges.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
